Travel to the historic cities of Seville, Granada and Cordoba on this extended tour of the Madrid Ice Hockey Cup. You will have the opportunity to visit some of the most amazing historical sites in all of Europe. Attractions you may wish to visit include the Cathedral, Giralda and Alcazar in Seville. A trip to the ancient Roman settlement of Italica and the Monastery would be highly recommended. Why not take in a Flamemco show in the city it was born in. In Granada it's a must to visit Europe's second most visited attraction, the Alhambra and Generlaife. Finally we will make a stop in Cordoba to visit the Great Mosque.

Depart to Seville, Spain

Day 1 Transfer from our Madrid hotel to Seville. Approximately 6 hour bus ride. Check into the hotel and enjoy the afternoon and evening.

Take a stroll on the Plaza de Espana or visit the Parque de Maria Luisa.

Dinner on your own. Why not take in a Flamenco show!

Day 2 Breakfast at the hotel.

Local sightseeing today may include the Cathedral, Giralda and Alcazar. Admission tickets not included.

Day 3 Breakfast at the hotel.

Optional sightseeing today may include a visit to the Italica Roman City & Medieval Monastery. Visit the Seville Bull Ring.

Day 4 Breakfast at the hotel.

Transfer to Granada. Drop off luggage at the hotel.

Optional visit to the Cathedral and Royal Chapel. Stroll through the historic old town.

Day 5 Breakfast at the hotel.

Today there is an optional visit to the Alhambra and Generalife Palace.

Take a stroll through Albaicin’s narrow streets and visit the neighbourhood of Sacromante. Dinner on your own.

Day 6 Breakfast at the hotel.

Load your luggage and it’s off to Cordoba. We will have six hours to explore Cordoba’s rich history. I recommend a visit to the Great Mosque dating from 784AD. Admission ticket not included.

We will then transfer to a Madrid airport for the night.

Day 7 Breakfast at the hotel.

Transfer to the airport for your flight home.

PRICING:
Canadian travelers pay in CDN
US and International travelers pay in USD. The U.S. dollar price will be send to you once you have filled out the tour registration form.

Tour package pricing is per person, and based on double occupancy. Single room prices available upon request. A deposit fee is required to register for the tour. Requests for add-on tour pricing will be detailed in the custom tour quote.

• Admission tickets to attractions (unless indicated in the itinerary)

AIRFARE:
Airfare is NOT included in the package price. Travelers are welcome to book their own airfare as per the group’s arrival and departure schedule. Please consult with PLC Sports Travel before booking your flights.

TRAVEL INSURANCE:
PLC Sports Travel requires all travelers to have out of country health insurance. We also recommend you purchase trip cancellation and or trip interruption insurance to protect yourself from any unforeseen circumstances. Insurance is not included in the package.

CANCELLATION POLICY:
If a person cancels the ground portion of the tour, the following charges will apply:
• 91 + Days prior to departure, you will receive a refund of the payments you have made less a $100.00 service charge.
• 61-90 Days prior to departure, you will receive a 50% refund of the payments you have made less the $100.00 non-refundable deposit. If you find a replacement player/guest, you will receive a full refund less a $250.00 service charge.
• 0-60 Days prior to departure, no refund will be issued. If you find a replacement player/guest, you will receive a full refund less a $250.00 service charge.
